A new favorite!
This tea is wonderful. I have always felt that skullcap is a wonderful ingredient that helps me relax. Combined with the spearmint, lemon myrtle and lemon verbena, it is a delicious and healthy tea with the additional benefit of easing my stress. If you enjoy teas that are delicately flavored, this is a winner. I have already set up a subscription for this.

Great taste
I have a kiddo who loves this tea and drinks it daily. He says the licorice root can be a bit bitter if you aren’t used to it, but adding a splash of honey offsets that. Overall it seems to be worth the money because he loves it.
