I’m 51 years old and has been suffering with intense hot flashes and night sweats on and off for years. Recently it got unbearable again. Had labs done and still no help from my doctor. Out of desperation I started reading reviews on Amazon and found this product. Well, yesterday I realized after only a couple weeks I’m actually only getting a couple hot flashes a day and I’m waking up without night sweats.Am I back to normal? I started taking this because I was waking up with hot flashes everynight. I believe these pills have helped with that, but unfortuntely, I dont feel like Im getting any of the other “benefits” from it. I will say though, I have taken one complete bottle, and started a new one, and my period hasnt came back since i started taking them, which is really interesting.

I have suffered with hot flashes for almost two years. Didn’t want to do hormone replacement therapy. This is the first herbal supplement that actually worked. Have tried so many different supplements that didn’t work-but these do. I still have hot flashes occasionally but they are very brief and much less intense than they were. Absolutely life changing.
