Home gym starter
While this is not a high end stepper, this is very convenient. Size and weight are good for storing under a desk or in a closet when you don’t need it. It doesn’t need to be plugged in, your steps give it power and the display is straightforward. There is a dial underneath…I don’t run much anymore or even have much activity on a treadmill due to working from home but this allows the movement in between work.To use this device, you need to be standing above it. You can adjust a knob that alters the height and resistance of the step. Using it is pretty simple. It’s fancy and not a replacement for more advanced equipment, but it has some attractions that make it enjoyable.This little stepper is nice for home use. It’s easily portable, so I watch TV while using it or store it out of the way if I’m not using it. I had no issues balancing myself, especially with the two cords that allow you to steady yourself. An electrical readout will enable you to track your progress and turn it off if not in use. Best buy so far and a step towards unbigging my back

Glutes and thighs will be burning! Get you one!
I was influences by TTShop but I figured Amazon is the place to go when youâre unsure if youâd keep it! WELL I LOVE IT!! You can adjust the rod at the front to make it harder, or leave it off to go faster. It will work different areas for sure that way! I watch my tv shows so I do this about 40 minutes to an hour every day and Iâve already noticed a difference in my energy and my lower tummy with it!

Loud and highest resistance only
It only works on the tightest knob option, is incredibly loud once you hit 500 steps so about 7/8 mins in it sounds like the hydraulics are going to go out. I canât return bc I got rid of the box on trash day. It seems to be built well enough and it does have resistance but thatâs it. Resistance bands arenât good either. definitely feel like I wasted $50.

I decided to take my home workout up a notch. I am so glad that I purchased this stepper. It’s compact ,lightweight,extremely durable, and quiet. It was easy to assemble and very stable. If you’re looking to add to your home work out routine and help with toning your gluten and thighs this is a must have. I love the strap attachments as well and would definitely pair with some resistance or glute bands for leg day.

Digital Counter Won’t Work
I really wanted this specific one and the step/calorie counter didn’t work. So I just got my replacement one and it doesn’t work either!! It turns on, but doesn’t not start counting. It just stays at 0 and says “stop.” Even after resetting it, it doesn’t change when you start using the machine. It’s very disappointing. It also comes with two tools and a bottle of some liquid with no instructions on what they’re for.
