This cookbook has more than two hundred quick and simple recipes to help make cooking for yourself or your family easier during your crazy schedule. If you have never really been much of a cook and are just getting started, you will find some very helpful links for putting together shopping lists for the recipes listed in the book. It also contains tutorials for all of the recipes.It has a wide selection of ten, fifteen, twenty, and thirty minute recipes for any time of the day. Some of the recipes sound like they may take longer than the listed times, but I’m sure that once you become more familiar and more comfortable with these recipes you will be able to breeze through them in no time.

There was a video tutorial inside promised on the cover. When the QR code was accessed, it said to get the video tutorials, that the reader has to leave a 5-star review. The cookbook itself has sound recipes, but being forced to leave a 5-star review, with no videos actually included feels very odd and misrepresents what is actually included.
