POSTPARTUM MUST HAVE
I was very eager to try these as in the past anytime I have used melatonin I was having vivid dreams/nightmares. However this is not the case. I get tired within 20-30 mins of taking these and fall asleep FAST. I have insomnia and sometimes would lie away in bed for at least an hour before falling asleep. This has been a game changer for me. I didn’t want to like these bc I was hoping to not have to repurchase as they are pricey – BUT I will be buying these again. I am one year postpartum so naturally, I am not getting any sleep and haven’t been but I also could never get into a fully deep sleep either. With these I can get into a deep sleep but not deep enough that I can’t take care of my baby when he’s crying in the middle of the night. I feel very refreshed when I wake up in the morning and not tired or groggy .

Works great at beginning of night
I stopped taking CBD/THC gummies and tried these instead. They work pretty at the beginning of the night, fall asleep well. But the problem I have is staying asleep all night. Wish you could take another one when needed but the bottle says only 2. Maybe the brand can create a short term gummy for those the struggle mid-night like I do.

Works great unless it doesnât
These melatonin gummies are great when they actually work. They taste good and when they work they help me fall asleep within 20-30 minutes with no issues in the morning . Iâve gone through 4 orders of this , the first bottle of it was great and helped me sleep great , the second bottle of it NEVER worked anytime I would take them, at wonât point I too 4 gummies and didnât feel a thing. My husband takes them occasionally as well and said the same thing. I assumed maybe it was bad batch and ordered again and those worked great again now here we are with my 4th order and again does not work at all. For $30 a bottle Iâm very annoyed and will try and get a refund.
