Actually helped me get to sleep!
I have slight insomnia and I love drinking tea. This claims to help you reduce stress and to sleep. I normally don’t drink tea before bed but decided to see if this works.It tastes just like the description says, floral with a hint of sweetness. Tastes good to me. I did find it soothing. After having 3 cups, I started to get sleepier than I usually do around the same time. That night, I slept better than I have in a while! I’m not claiming that this tea helped, but it definitely didn’t hurt.For $5.99 as of this review, there’s 16 tea bags or .37 cents per bag. I think thats a low price for some natural sleeping aid. Highly recommended ð.

Good tea!
I really like this brand. I’ve tried several different blends of their tea in the past, and this one is just as good! It has earthy notes, and doesn’t need honey – however, I do like to add local honey to help combat my allergies. Especially around this time of year. It doesn’t make it too sweet.It does help me to unwind at the end of the day. I would buy this again, as I believe it’s a really good value for the price!

Personally I find this delicious, but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea.. It have a very distinct “root” taste that isn’t like anything I could compare it to.Most important is to research Ashwagandha before purchasing and drinking this. It DOES have health impacts, some positive (very calming), and some potentially negative (liver issues, autoimmune issues, etc). Make sure you can drink this tea before you buy it!

mild flavor; enjoyable hot tea
I’ve enjoyed drinking this midly flavored tea. It brews up quickly and all the bags are well sealed. The flavor is pleasant and having a hot beverage in the afternoon or evening is a nice way to relax.

Nice but please let me add my own sweetener
This calming tea from Traditional Medicinals is a great addition to my tea basket. I have a few cups of hot tea daily and like to keep a nice variety around.The tea has a light floral taste. Overall, it has a nice flavor, but I wish they wouldn’t add Stevia to the tea blend – if I want to sweeten – I prefer to do that myself.

Enjoyable flavor!
Iâm not sure how to describe the taste of this Traditional Medicinals Tea: Organic Stress Ease Calm, but itâs really yummy, and unique from anything Iâve tried. I left the tea bag in my mug to continue seeping as I drank it, and the flavor stayed consistently enjoyable. I do find it relaxing and calming!

Flavor is okay
I love tea and this brand has always been my go to for herbal teas but I donât love the flavor of this. The tea however does seem to help relax me and unwind after a long day. The flavor isnât so bad that I canât drink it, just not my favorite .Remind me of the spice that people use to ð¨ back in the day. Definitely an interesting flavor

A relaxing cup of tea
I usually have a terrible time trying to fall asleep so I tend to prefer taking something to help me relax before bedtime. I found that the flavor of this tea is fairly mild and somewhat organic tasting if that makes any sense. The effect was quite mild as well but it did seem to make a difference and helped me relax although not as much as Kava which I also take sometimes just before bedtime. So if you like tea and you want something to unwind you might want to give this a try.
