REASONABLE PRICE AND THEY FEEL STURDY AND WELL MADE
I’m finding that these bands seem to work well although it seems like it would vary quite a lot depending on the height, weight, etc. of the person using them. I’m just 5 ft 6 in and relatively thin so I don’t have any difficulty doing various exercises. There’s a good range of resistance from very easy to stretch to difficult so they should be useful for a person of average strength. The price is reasonable and so far they feel like they’re going to be durable. The best thing is that they’re small and very portable which is useful in a small condo and you don’t have to set any equipment up. Recommended.

Very sturdy can hold my body weight 135lb
Theyâre super sturdy! Iâm training pull-ups by wrapping it around the bar and standing on the band. I weigh 135 and it can hold my weight.

Big, black rubber bands
I just took these out of the box and I don’t look anything like the guy in the picture. I like using bands for different exercises at home. But I haven’t used bands like these before. I’m sure I’ll figure something out, but I think I like the tube kind with handles better. These are literally just giant rubber bands. Just plain black with no writing or anything. There’s quite a wide range between the smallest and largest. I think it’s good, for what it is. But bands always seem weird to me until I figure out what to do with them. Maybe they get better after they’re broken in a little too. I don’t know, 4 stars seems good. The length seems off for me, kind of too long and too short at the same time. I’ll probably figure something out for what to do with them. The guide doesn’t seem to help.

I am using them to make pullups less of a boring chore.
I never used pull up bands before, and I had no idea what resistance to get. I thought for sure that I would be using the 50-125 lbs band. But right now, I am currently using the 15-35 lbs band. Why? Well, it’s hard to explain. I imagined that I would be placing both knees in the band, but that’s impossible for me to do. I can only get one knee in the band. And I don’t like that. I want things to be symmetrical. It also felt a bit weird having knees in the band. So I tried using my feet instead. I learned that I can easily get both feet in the 15-35 lbs band. Another thing that I imagined is that I would get full assist during the full motion of the pullup. But I learned that most of the assist is in the beginning of the pull and the least amount of assist is when I reach the top of the pull. But that’s okay, I guess. Strangely, when I stand in the 15-35 lbs band, it kinda feels good. It’s super easy to pull myself up until I am close to the top and then after that I have to apply myself a little. It’s not much of a workout, but it makes pullups less boring so I am motivated to do them more often instead of only a couple of times a month. I am disappointed that I had to pay a lot of money for these bands and that I am probably only going to use one out of the six bands. But I liked the color, how they looked like, and I guess it was a good purchase because I’m not sure if I could buy the 15-35 lbs band by itself and I had no idea what band to get in the first place. I can recommend them. And who knows? Maybe I will end up using the other bands for something else one day.
