It works!
This tea actually works and makes me sleepy! I go through times when I have a hard time sleeping and falling asleep, and this stuff has really helped me. I also love the taste of it! Pro tip…get yourself ready for bed before drinking this so when you start to feel tired you can go right to bed! I also use a small amount of liquid and make it a little stronger, so I won’t have to wake up to use the bathroom.

Alas I am a bit of an insomniac so a calming and relaxing tea is part of my regular before bed routine. I recently discovered these Chamomile, Passionflower & Lemon Balm tea bags and I have to say that they have made a material improvement to my sleep. Whilst not the cheapest tea bag available, they are very effective and I am very pleased to recommend them.
