Great for pcos !
So far these are working great for me. I feel like I have more energy. It seems to be helping my period as well. I have pcos so anything that helps with those symptoms is a win in my book. Hopefully they will help me in conceiving my last baby!!

I think it works
Iâm not big on medicine and have a hard time keeping up with taking them especially since I have to talk with a meal but when I did take it I felt a difference in myself specifically during my luteal phase. I was more level headed and less irrational in my emotions. I still donât take them as I should but feel they do help balance your hormones and are quite effective.
