My legs hurt all the time, and I feel that I’m going to get a charley horse sometime in the night, so I decided to try this product. These flakes dissolves easily in warm water. My legs felt better the next day., however I still had knee pain.

This is the real deal. Fantastic product – I opted to mix a table spoon of the flakes with my regular shower gel and used it in the shower – it was very soothing for the muscles and gentle on the skin. Next I will try soaking in a bath before bedtime with the magnesium flakes.This product is excellent and I highly recommend it.
