Definitely helps!
I believe my Husband has IBS, but he’s never went to get it checked out. His bloating/gas after he eats ANYTHING is out of control. He burps a lot, and can literally press on his stomach and he’ll start burping. The crazy thing is he eats healthy majority of the time. Hes had nights he couldnt sleep because the bloating was so bad. He took these probiotics and said it has calmed all the trapped air down so much as long as he takes on every day. These were the first ones he said he noticed a difference with, so he wants me to order more for him. I can tell he’s been feeling a lot better and it makes me so happy seeing him not in pain or discomfort. I also started taking thing. I have PCOS and when I take these, I notice my stomach does feel a lot better and my appetite/cravings is not as strong as they were. I dont feel bloated at all- even after eating dairy products which normally destroy my stomach lolThank you for a great product!

Ya your product is great.. I have been trying different. One the last 6 months or so . And this is one I will be using…as long as the price does not get to high… It has everything in it my doctor tells me I need .. it’s been real good to my stomach….and most importantly..it’s been keeping me regularl…if you know what I mean. . Gave me diarrhea
Had terrible diarrhea after just one capsule. Iâm too afraid to try another one
