Totally love this product! Iâve been using it every evening before bed for many months to help me relax at bedtime. It definitely does that and it helps me to fall asleep and to stay asleep. ok so I donât usually write reviews but I had to for this one. Iâve been feeling kinda off lately tired, moody, not sleeping greatâand I kept hearing ppl talk about inositol so figured Iâd try this one.itâs been like 2 weeks and Iâm honestly shocked. Easy To Take
This inositol/glycine powder is free of fillers and flow agents. It is easy to take as it dissolves easily in water and has a slightly sweet taste. Best of all, it is made in the USA by a small family owned business.I got it to take at night to help with insomnia and for the digestive benefits of glycine. I started sleeping better and quit taking this inositol/glycine powder. Iâm adding it to my electrolyte drink and will update this review in one week.
