Actually works
I was really skeptical of this. I am 45 and my nails have always been really thin and brittle. I started growing them out using gel nail polish to help give them strength. I had to have the polish on for them to have a chance of not breaking. I started taking these two months ago. For the past month I haven’t had time to put any polish on them. They continued to break every once in a while but now they are able to stand up to typing all day in an office job. All of my nails have grown out past my finger tips. I am honestly shocked at how well this has helped my nails. My nails have gone from ones you could bend down if you pressed on the ends of them to ones that actually feel what I think healthy nails should feel like.

Fountain of youth?
Would love to give a 5 star rating. I believe collagen is very healthy and this is what seems to be a good mix. Decent smell. Never even tried to taste it – but didn’t notice anything about that. Size is quite normal for a supplement. So therefore swallowed it normally (if that applies to any pills).As people age we try to communicate and make changes/choices that have positive effects.I believe that this product does.But being careful I will only take 1 per day not 4
