Let me tell you something I took these at about 3pm thinking nothing of it went about my day .. at about 9ish I was like ok they didn’t work went to sleep … At :324 am I was politely woken up with an urgency to go to the bathroom.. it’s now 6:14 am and I yet stopped… Don’t take these I’d you have ANYWHERE OR ANYTHING TO DO!!! THEY WORK . BUT MY GOD .. PRAY FOR YOU TAKE THEM !!!!
