Solid protein with good taste and no stomach issues
Iâve been using this after workouts and it hits the mark. It mixes well, tastes better than most protein powders Iâve tried, and doesnât leave me feeling bloated.The protein content is solid and keeps me full for a while, which is a nice bonus. I usually mix it with water or almond milk and it goes down smooth either way.If youâre looking for a reliable post-workout shake that actually tastes good, this is a strong option.

Generally 5- star, but QC seems to be slipping.
I’ve used this product for a number of years and have been very pleased until the last 6 months. During this time, I have opened 4 bottles (from different cases) where the contents weren’t completely mixed. As I tried to drink from the bottle I would get a mouthful of lumpy something. Yes, I shake the bottles vigorously before opening.I’ve also noticed that the perforations down the side of the cap ( to allow for opening) are inconsistent. Sometimes 2, sometimes 1, sometimes none.
