In the chaos of everyday life, we could use a little calm, right? How about a cupful? This blend of relaxing herbs like passionflower, chamomile, lavender and catnip will help bring some tranquility to your day (or night). These herbs are called “nerviness” because of their ability to have a beneficial effect on your nervous system. We love this tea anytime we need to step back and take it easy.

Cup of Calm Tea
I enjoy the soft flavor. It needs no sweetener or other additions! It has no funny smell…and its very lite. Relaxing! I would purchase again!

Calming mint tea
I’m not a big mint person but I love Traditional Medicinals tea so I thought I’d give it a try. This is a calming tea and I don’t really taste the mint as much as I can smell it, so I probably won’t purchase it again. I thought I could get past the mint part for all the benefits. The 5 stars is for the quality and benefits of this tea and for the company. If you’re a minty person, then you’ll love it.

Great!
Awesome! I’ve been experimenting with allot of relaxation teas. I love this one on par with Republic of Tea’s “Get Relaxed.” Each has their own good points. This one is better for being calm and still feeling like I can focus. RoT’s is better for weekends or after work, I think. Not as strong as a tea I have called, “Lavender Butterfly” from The English Tea Store though. Different strokes for different scenarios though. I’ll keep ordering this for the workday.

Minty Tea for Evenings
If you are looking for a tea to drink in the evening to calm you down before bed this is a good choice. I use two teabags per mug for a full flavor. I also steep this a little longer to make it more potent. I sweeten this with stevia and enjoy the sweet minty flavor. It is great to have a tea that is herbal and won’t keep you up at night.~The Rebecca Review
