Much easier to use than a towel
Purchased this for stretching exercises related to plantar fasciitis. It is so much easier to use than a towel and much easier to just toss into a drawer when not in use. The different loop positions make stretching much more comfortable.

Does the Job at Great Price
I needed a comfortable strap for PT recovery from knee surgery and this sure works better than my makeshift device that had a tendency to slip at inconvenient times. This strap stays in place, has much more functional hand grips and is safer and more convenient to use. At a very reasonable price, only regret is I did not order this in advance of needing it. It also looks very nice.
