Mood enhancer – very surprising!
I donât normally write reviews unless I think it might benefit somebody, especially in health. I didnât realize it, but every time I took my shot glass of the 2 teaspoons of Zena every morning for the last two weeks., (also berry tastes very good) Iâve been in a much better mood. I was very pleasantly surprised and at first I didnât realize the correlation. . I mustâve been lacking in biotin because when I researched biotin, allegedly it can enhance mood and energy. Guess I shoulda researched it before I bought it! Alternatively, I did notice a lack thereof on the days that I did not take it. Iâve noticed a change also in the speed of my fingernail growth but canât quite tell with hair yet. I bought two more jars just for the happy energy. Update on hair later. âð½

MUST HAVE COLLAGEN!!!!!
I don’t know why it took me so long to realize all the benefits that collagen has – for face, hair and nails specifically!. I drink two portions of this daily, and it took maybe two weeks for me to start noticing changes to my face first, my dry skin became so soft and dewy – my hair had an extra shine and my dry, cracked nails actually started growing!. I just LOVE this supplement, it does so much good for my face alone, buy it – give it two weeks and let people tell you how great you look – it’s THAT GOOD!!!!

Strong nailsâ¦strong taste.
Iâve been taking consistently in the morning, I have not noticed much difference in my hair yet, but my fingernails are much stronger and I have not had a break in a couple of weeks.I found the taste to be kind of bad. Iâm not gonna lieâ¦Itâs a lil yucky with that mediciney/Vitaminy taste, but I put 2 tablespoons in a shot glass and just down it then chase with orange juice and itâs bearable.It has lasted me about a month; itâs almost out. I want to see if thereâs a different flavor. If not, Iâll stick with the mixed icky berry. I want to see how my natural, thin hair does after three months or so.

Havenât noticed any benefits
Iâve almost finished the bottle and have taken as directed. I havenât noticed any difference in hair or nail growth or skin. When Iâve taken other powdered collagen brands I did notice a difference in nail growth, but this one didnât have that effect. I donât think Iâll purchase again. Tastes great, though!

so far I can only speak on the taste. I think itâs tastes really nice but I havenât been taking a long enough time to see if itâs actually working but Iâm gonna keep with it. Iâve taken every day for about two weeks now.
