Good but be careful
I follow Dr. Axe and read many of his blogs. His line of supplements seem to be quality made. I find that most of the ingredients in this supplement are very helpful. However, I already take Vit D and Zinc daily and I’m hesitant to take (copper and chaste berry). I’m over 60 and have to be careful about which supplements I put in my body, so I will check with my doctor before starting these. Be sure you need all of the ingredients in this

The price for these pills is a great value, in the same price range as similar products by other manufacturers- and there is a subscribe-and-save option for these, so that is an added value. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave a poor after taste. I have had no bad side effects from this supplement. I’m not a medical doctor so I can’t speak to the health benefits of this, but from a layman’s perspective, I say they are worth trying out
