Great product. Iâm 44 male and this is a chill pill. No head ache no issues. Will buy again. U actually got the 200 mg to break up the dose. It I will take these next. Great stuff. You wa t to take this with the calcium D glucate* misspelled but I found out you want to take together.

Milkshakes no longer bringing boys to the yard
I am embarrassed to say that for the last several years, my milkshakes were big enough to bring all the boys to the yard. No matter what I did, I just couldn’t lose them. I bought this product on February 23rd, and now, just over two weeks later, and I’d estimate that I’ve lost 60% of them!

SO FAR this is a hit or miss for some people for me it worked I feel mood improved in ALL counts. Makes me feel great! 45yrs and I do recommend to try it if having hormonal issues and pre menopause like me, I am on HRT every three months and I take it as extra supplement – total game changer.Took a month off definitely felt different without it. so im ordering it again this time with subscription.

Semi-effective
This is an interesting supplement. I bought it because someone mentioned it can help with insomnia. So, while it does help induce drowsiness, it however doesn’t help me “stay” asleep. I don’t want to call this a bad product though, because I am probably hopeless. Giving it 3 stars though because it will definitely make you tired.
