The Best Thing You Can Do For Stomach & Health
I have routinely taken liquid Vitagut twice a day for about 3 years, I strongly feel that the natural ingredients contained in Vitagut have greatly contributed to adding good bacteria to my digestive system and stomach lining. I place a new bottle of Vitagut in my refrigerator every 2-3 months and simply take one teaspoon every morning and evening. I am deeply grateful to the wonderful Denmark farming family who created Vitagut some 23 years ago, they have played a large part toward improving the overall health of my family. Gut protocol solution to fermented foods
I’m not a huge fam of fermented foods and didn’t want to waste a bunch of money on random items I wasn’t going to eat on my 4 week gut protocol diet. I found this product instead which saved me a lot of time and money. The 4/5 rating was due to the taste- it tastes like apple cider and Worcestershire sauce had a baby. Luckily the serving size is only 15mL (half a shot glass) and was able to be quickly washed down with some water. I will continue to purchase this product even after the 4 weeks is over since it’s a great pre/post biotic option for gut health.

This probiotic is okay but not my favorite
It’s the only one I could find right now but it’s not my favorite because it’s kind of salty and very thin liquid. The one I used to like is discontinued but I will keep searching for something that tastes better.

I purchased Vitagut Liquid Probiotic because my stomach is always unsettled, and I needed something to help stabilize it. This product has really helped me feel better. One bottle lasts a whole month with 32 servings, making it a convenient choice. Would be good if no Erythritol
So I have IBS and Iâve been yearning to help my gut health anyway I can, I saw a much more expensive liquid pre, pro and postbiotic on TikTok but found this one and thought it would be good. I should have read the ingredients closer though because this contains the ânatural sweetener Erythritolâ. Now one of my main IBS triggers is artificial sweeteners. Erythritol is touted as an all natural zero calorie sweetener but in reality where I unfortunately reside, itâs still an artificial sweetener. In that it cannot be easily broken down by your guts into glucose (hence making it low calorie) and it tastes sweet. Itâs a sugar alcohol derived from fruits but itâs just as irritating for some people with sensitive bowels as Aspartame, Sucralose, Phenylalanine, etc. It just doesnât seem all that beneficial to me to put an irritating faux sweetener in a product meant to aid peopleâs gut health. I will have to look for another option unfortunately.

Awesome Stuff
So everything seems good with this so far. I’ve been using it for a few months and noticed some stomach issue improvement.I do not get the people complaining about the taste of this product. Honestly, it tastes like a slightly sweetened apple cider vinegar and is probably as easy or easier to take then most pills/capsules. I had seen a review saying they couldn’t keep it down and it made me laugh, lol. I also saw people complaining about it being sweetened with erythritol, but I don’t think it’s a big deal if it’s small quantities. Sure, it would be nice if it wasn’t used, but we’re talking about a sweetener that is a small fraction of a couple of tablespoons of liquid a day — there’s probably much worse things you’re consuming in your diet that this is probably the least of your worries. The people at the company are more than nice and have been helpful with any questions I’ve had and seem like good people. They’re always willing to provide coupon codes if there wasn’t an on-going deal already and seem very open to feedback. I don’t have a great comparison to other liquid probiotics as this is the first I’ve tried, but I think it is worth trying if you’re unsatisfied with your current one.
