So far so good
This review may sound fake, as I have only had the massager for 3 days total but I am very surprised that I am already seeing drastic results. I have had âgrade 3â cellulite most of my life; nothing has changed it – diet, exercise, weight trainingâ¦nothing. Recently I have restarted my workout routine (weight training + intense cardio), have been eating clean, and decided to try this along with my routine. I use the device before and after my workouts and have already seen a shocking difference in the areas I was targeting. I have always felt my cellulite issue was genetic, and a fascia issue, but I am surprised how effectively this has already broken up the fatty deposits. There are sections on the back of my upper thighs that has such large fatty deposits, it was almost like a handful chunk of fat with very deep dimples. Already with 3 days of use 2x per day, the large fat deposits are already breaking down and losing the âmassâ like appearance. I really canât believe it. There is bruising and around these areas too which sort of makes sense if it is breaking up these sections of old fat pockets tangled into the fascia. I am optimistic to see how much more this will do, and think it would be a good tool to try in conjunction with a really good workout routine and healthy diet. At the very least, it definitely deeply massages your muscles and has helped my legs not feel as stiff and heavy.

Legit AF! Use in hot environment with oil
Personal trainer and soft tissue work enthusiast here, so you can take my word for it when I say this product is legit. Iâve been an avid user of Ashley Blackâs fascia blaster for 4 years now and Iâm obsessed. I bought this to tackle the superficial layers of my thighs. Iâve been using this for about 3 weeks now, averaging 2 to 3 uses per week at 2 mins per thigh (followed by 3 minutes of facia blasting for deeper tissues), and the results are stellar!! The squiggly indented stretch marks on my inner thighs are virtually gone! And thereâs very evident cellulite reduction all over, as well as diminished appearance of spider/varicose veins. With all this said, I MUST inform you, this product should NOT be used on dry skin or in cool temperatures. The ideal environment should be in either a sauna, steam room or hot shower with oil or soap for a slippery surface. Your tissues need to be warmed internally and externally in order for this to be most effective. Your connective tissues, which are the main cause of cellulite, become more gelatinous at a warmer temperature, allowing for easier manipulation and correction during treatment. Your skin should be slippery hence the oil or soap, so the tool can glide easily and smoothly and not snag or tug on your skin. Also, the bruising is completely normal, as blood pockets of stored up toxins are being disrupted and released. The bruising will subside with continued regular use. Begin with light pressure and work your way up overtime. Recommend starting in February or March to get over the bruising hurtle and achieve desired results in time for bathing suit season.

After consistent use, my skin feels firmer, smoother, and Iâve definitely noticed a reduction in the appearance of celluliteâespecially on my thighs.That said, it does leave some small bruises on my legs, especially in the beginning or if I use a little too much pressure. It seems to be part of the process as your skin and tissue adjust, but itâs something to be aware of. I recommend starting gently and gradually increasing the pressure as your body gets used to it.Overall, Iâm really satisfied. Itâs a powerful tool if youâre looking for visible results, just use with care.

Buy it!!!!!!! This really works. I have been using it for one month and it has made a significant difference on my legs. I use it daily on the front thighs and back upper thighs/hamstrings. I do warn you that you will get bruising initially ,BUT they will diminish with time. I initially felt pain, yet once you develop a routine, there is no more pain or bruising. I have to say my daughter noticed the difference without me telling her what I was doing to my legs. Highly recommend product. I just wish I had taken pictures of before and after.

Not sure how this device got so many good reviews, but listen when Amazon says that is is frequently returned. For cellulite, I did not see a difference. I used for about two weeks every other day. It feels like it pinches the skin and doesn’t get deep enough. I ordered one of those fat blasters. The long pole with like four claws, and WOW. Significant difference in my cellulite.Only thing I could somewhat see this is good for is a light massage on sore muscles or possibly for circulation.

Excellent massage tool!
A really gentle but invigorating massage tool. Very easy to use on the calves and thighs. If you have someone to assist it would be easy to use on your back. Excellent for any sized person as the device is easily opened to accommodate various sized areas of the body. I find it very relaxing and believe I can already see more definition in my legs and thighs. Most importantly for me is that I find that it makes my legs feel less tired and heavy. No bruising, but I do not use it with a ton of pressure as I want more of a lymphatic dranage effect. Excellent device!

Cela fait 3 semaines d’utilisation à raison d’environ 1min30 matin et soir sur chaque jambe. J’y vais doucement parce que j’ai eu énormément de bleus. Certains ont disparu, d’autres apparaissent mais je dois dire que j’y vois tout de même un résultat. Ce n’est pas non plus miraculeux quand on a de la cellulite depuis plusieurs mais je trouve mes jambes réellement plus fermes et moins lourdes! A voir si je poursuis encore et en augmentant la durée. J’espère juste que les bleus vont finir par s’estomper parce que sinon ça ne sert à rien vu que ce n’est pas beauð je mets avant de la crème anti cellulite weleda.

Was bang voor een miskoop, maar product is goed. Geen hulp nodig. Resultaten heb je zelf in de hand. Regelmatig gebruiken en beweging zijn een must. Wel tolerantie opbouwen, hou rekening met blauwe plekken en herstel

Mi è arrivato ieri e ho fatto la prova devo dire che è abbastanza robusto è facile da utilizzare , al momento non posso dare una recensione definitiva perché non so che risultati avrò col passare del tempo però posso dire che il prodotto sembra abbastanza buono ed è arrivato anche bene imballato.10 giorni dopo:Oggi sono 10 giorni che lo uso devo dire che le gambe o meglio le cosce all’inizio mi facevano male mi si sono formati dei lividi e anche delle piccole ferite che ad ogni utilizzo mi sanguinavano un po’ però dopo 10 giorni questi effetti collaterali stanno sparendo il massaggio diventa piacevole e i risultati sono visibili Io non sono una persona grassa né ho tanta cellulite faccio tanto sport durante la settimana ma è la prima volta nonostante la mia vita sportiva che mi sento le gambe più toniche e soprattutto all’altezza delle cosce sia interno che esterno anche se ancora o dei piccoli graffietti che piano piano stanno sparendo, i lividi sono spariti del tutto quindi continuerò e poi darò una nuova recensione Al momento devo dire che metto sempre 5 stelle e la consiglio a tutte le persone che sopportano il dolore e che non hanno delle vene superficiali.La pelle risulta essere liscissima e comunque dopo ogni utilizzo uso una crema anticellulite per avere un risultato migliore (cosa che ho fatto ogni anno senza il massaggiatore ma mai ho avuto questi risultati)Ci vuole pazienza per avere risultati ottimali vediamo come andrà più avanti ciao a tutti.
