Why do we not talk about peri-menopause?
Update 5/12/25, I am on my second bottle and am still happy with the results, the big two improvements for me where the relief on my period symptoms (see below) and energy levels. I am personally very satisfied and will continue to take them. I hope this helps someone…I have been taking these pills for 3 weeks, and here is how they have helped me.1. I do use the bathroom more often (#2)2. I actually have the drive to get up and leave the house after getting home from work, the couch doesn’t own me as much anymore.3. My period cramps aren’t as bad, nearly gone really.4. I am a heavy bleeder for the first couple days, I have noticed that the bleeding is not as heavy. I usually need to wear a mattress type pad because of the clots and amount of blood. There’s huge difference.5. I don’t really get many hot flashes so I cannot speak on that.6. I don’t notice any extra weight loss, but I do work out consistently 3 days a week so there’s that.7. Mood, still the same.I hope this helps someone…..

Excellent Product
Started taking these 2 weeks ago and I felt so much better.I could finally sleep better no more foggy brain I felt well rested. All symptoms they claim that they say will help you they do . I loved them so much but unfortunately they are expensive. If one only bottle was enough for a month I would consider repurchasing.

Here’s a reworded version:I’m really impressed with this product! Despite being skeptical at first, I’ve noticed a huge difference since taking it – it gives me energy, helps me sleep, and more. My only concern is that the container only has 72 capsules , which isn’t a full month’s supply if you’re supposed to take 3 a day. That part’s a bit frustrating especially since itâs on the speedy side . But itâs effective. I will continue to buy just wish that they would change it to a 90 so itâs a full month supply. If they did I would give it a 5 star

It didn’t work for me, didn’t notice any difference for the whole month! Also it’s too expensive but since people are talking to much about it I decided to give it a try, but for me it’s not worth and won’t planing on buying anything from them.

My appetite has suppressed so much I can go all day without eating. My energy levels are better and my sleep . Worth it yes ! Just wish it didnât cost so much . Why isnât the happy hormones or weight control ones on Amazon ? Put them on here please !

Bitter taste
These were not expensive. The bottle is nice, and package arrived in good condition. They do have a bitter taste them. I haven’t been taking them long enough to know if they work which is why I only gave them 3 stars. I will update after a week.
