Try this if you have tried tried everything under the sun.
I’ve tried everything under the sun for year after year and some would work mildly and some not at all. This supplment is hands down the best I have come across. I take it about an hour before I plan I falling asleep (not when i get into bed) and it really gets me to the point of where I can fall asleep most nights. I thought I would never find something that actually works, but it does.Most supplements I take, I’m not sure if they are actually doing the job they are supposed to do, but this one noticeably does make me fall asleep. I can’t speak about staying asleep because that has never been an issue, but boy this stuff is the best I have tried after probably 20 plus years of supplements. I’m not sure if it’s the right combo, but it certainly does the job. I have tried every melatonin supplement under the sun and the other ingredients in this certainly does the job.Thank you, thank you, thank you

Works for me and my wife!
Had for about a month. My wife and I both agree that they work pretty well. I was taking some PEDs that were inhibiting my ability to sleep well. Two of these pills and 25mg of benadryl, 45 minutes before will knock me out and I’m a 220lb lean athlete. I wouldn’t recommend adding the antihistamine unless you need to and have plenty of time to sleep. Very happy with this product overall.

Had trouble falling asleep for months; Thanks to pre menopause. Tried different sleep supplements and was delighted to find Medchoice. With different ingredients in a capsule, it has been life changing. Want to give 5 stars, however at times I still have bouts of sleeplessness but would definitely recommend. Worth the price

very helpful. I’m a Benadryl user. Over the years have gone from 3 a night down to 1. Tried this recently and have been using for a few weeks and seems to be doing the job! I would definitely recommend based on some issues with other sleep aides

This product really does help me, a proven insomniac, to sleep.
This product really does help me sleep. I’ve got pretty sustained insomnia from the last 15 years of trauma in my life, and have long before sworn off prescription sleep aids. These are not addictive, and actually much better for you. I do sometimes wake around 4am but can get back to sleep if my mind can be coached into paying attention to breathing.

Works as needed. I take only 1 cap and it helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. No side effects the next day. The mix and amounts of ingredients are different than others in this category. Iâve tried a bunch and all have side effects I donât like. I highly recommend this!!
