I love these! They’re adjustable and they have grip. PLUS, they look stylish and cool. Instead of buying multiple dumbbells that’ll cost more than what I bought these pairs for, I feel like I got a steal. The only thing is I kept forgetting how much the dumbbell would weigh when I take off one or two plates so I labeled them with a label maker, which only made it better.

It is very good, well made.Looks a lot better than the picturesI bought one and have been using it for a week. You need to first hold the nozzle then twist and turn to change the weights so the chances of a weight getting loose is probably near 0.Very good for home if you dont have a lot of space to have multiple weights
