So far so good
I don’t have a lot of hormonal symptoms, but I’m at the age where I thought adding some hormone balance support wouldn’t be a bad thing to do. I haven’t seen or felt any changes in the time I’ve been using this (a couple of weeks), but I didn’t have any abnormal symptoms before, either. I do have some digestive issues this hasn’t helped with and I do have some temperature regulation issues (not flashes)– where I’m really cold and then a few minutes later I’m normal temp, rarely “hot” or too “hot”, but I’m too warm sometimes. Anyways, I haven’t seen any difference with that.Seems like a good product, no adverse effects noted.

A little less cranky
Since I started perimenopause my PMS is horrid. I have no patience, and I will chew off any face that says something I don’t want to hear. I normally, I’m quite pleasant. So when I started I was taking two at a time, but it gave me loose stools, so I decided to go with one a day. I have been on one a day for 45 days, I’m slightly less irritable, I’m more a normal amount of annoyed. I had been getting hot flashes during PMS and then my cycle, and so far, I can handle how I feel. One works for me.

This is great for hormone balance. It has many great ingredients. It does have soy isos. The gel capsules are gelatin so if you’re looking for a vegan or plant based friendly option, I would find an alternative. But it’s a great value and great assistant with hormone balancing.

I have been using this supplement close to 1.5 months now. I can not tell if it has changed anything dramatically or noticeably, but I sure can tell that it also has not changed anything for worse. I do not have any side effects or other complications such as nausea or other symptoms. I take 2 capsules daily and they are easy to swallow and doesn’t make any after taste or burping. I would like to think I am doing something good for my body.

I googled the main ingredients before I ordered this. The ingredients are really good for balancing out your hormones. My period is very irregular and only comes if I take pills from my doctor. I hate taking those pills and wanted to try natural remedies. This is a two month supply and I was happy about that because other vitamins are only one month supply.I take the two tablets that is recommended in the morning with breakfast. Itâs very easy to take and has no smell or aftertaste. I just started taking this and will update after a month.

I ordered these Hormone Balance Support pills as I am in menopause and I feel as though I need asupplement to add to my hormone replacement that I currently take. While I have only been takingthese a short time, I have noticed some benefits. I am feeling a bit more rested since starting thissupplement, which is the main challenge that I am facing. I also appreciate that what I received is a two-month supply. Dosage is two pills per day. These are not difficult to swallow, and there is no after taste.Will continue to take and update as needed.

Pills have an earthy smell, not entirely unpleasant.I started taking these has I’ve been all over the place lately. I’m not noticing that I feel any less unbalanced or emotional however it does seem as though I’m having less of an issue with night sweats. That right there is enough of a benefit that I will continue taking for at least a bit longer. Even though thats the only benefit that I have noticed to date, I haven’t noticed any negative affects since starting to take these.
