Great value for the price.
I was pleasantly surprised at these for the price I paid for the set! These are very durable and work. I use the lighter ones on my treadmill and stationary bike just to raise my heart rate, and I use the stronger two for bicep and tricep exercises. I bought them to travel with so I can always get a little strength training in and they worked out really well.

The bands are great. They start with X light and go up to X heavy. Easy fit and easy to immediately know what weight you are using because of the colors.

Just What I Needed For My Home PT!
Work great for my home physical therapy. I liked the various resistant levels of each. My only problem was trying to find a good place to tie them down and leave it alone for next exercise so my wife does not get after me! lol I tied them to the arm of my treadmill and am very happy as my wife is too…lol.

I opened the package in my room and immediately tried it out. My pants were covered with a white poweder substance… Not sure how much of the substance still remains in my room :(I have since sent them for washing. Do note when you receive the package.
