This is an awesome gift for yourself, a loved one, or a friend who needs a little positivity in their life. These little positive sayings are individually rolled into cute little capsules that open easily to read. There are different colors for different moods like BLUE to release stress, YELLOW to practice gratitude, RED to alleviate sorrow or anger, GREEN to reduce anxiety, and PURPLE to increase happiness. There is an instruction sheet and a small ‘practice self-care’ card for extra tips.It comes in a gift box with a thank you message on the side. This is a great gift idea presented very well.

I thought this might make a nice gift for my sister who recently lost a son. It shipped in a nice box, though I most likely will remove it from said box for gifting purposes as the “thank you” sticker really doesn’t apply well to gifting situations.It comes in a typical plastic medicine bottle complete with a safety locking top which might be difficult for older hands to open, but great to keep kids from eating messages and succumbing to multi colored inspirational quotes…. though I think the gel caps are probably safe. The lid does lend to a bit of authenticity.The label is rather lacking being mostly composed of warning messages about not eating the caps. Americans are stupid, I get it but I feel that it’s a bit much to have 2/3rds of the label repeating this information. The actual design of the label is minimal and I feel it could have been done a bit more ‘medicinal’ to follow the theme.I noticed caps had variations in size and can be a bit brittle. I opened a few to read the messages and verify content and proper English then rewound them and tucked them back in the caps but found care needed to be taken or else the caps can break making these a bit difficult to reuse. Messages, that I read, were clear, coherent and seemingly of proper English which was a concern of mine. Content seemed appropriate.The bottle came with a ‘self care’ card of suggestions and a slip outlining the color use guide outlines the appropriate message color for situation and includes ‘total ingredients’ for the bottle such as Positive Energy and Joy 20g. This is a bit redundant listing some of the the ‘ingredients’ multiple times. The translation isn’t perfect but the message on this card is understood. I feel that ‘ingredients’ list would have been better placed on the bottle itself.Overall, this is cute. It does it’s job to deliver uplifting messages and I appreciate the more specific color coordinated content organized by need which has not been used in other similar bottles of uplifting pills I’ve seen. I wish they had used better quality caps, even plastic caps, that could be reused as it would be nice to continue to use the caps multiple times. It works, but I wish the label was a bit more medicinal. At the present price of $9.99 + 5% coupon, this appears to be with in fair market value for this type of novelty item.
