Great comfy yoga mat!
So good!!! It’s so thick and comfy! My knees don’t hurt on them. The cushion is sturdy enough to do whatever workout needed but not hurt my body! Love it, happy with my purchase. It’s a little thick to carry but I’d rather have something comfortable and thicker. It’s long enough to lay on it and not have your feet hanging. Great value for money. Hope it holds over time. The color is so pretty! I find that the yoga handle it comes with leaves a mark on the mat, but if it’s laid on the floor for a couple days it disappears. I don’t know if it disappears if you leave on it for a long period of time.

Thickness provides good cushioning. Does not leave compression marks. Length and width fit me well. Does not slip and easy to roll and unroll.

Thick Yoga Mat !
This mat replaces my “standard” Yoga mat that I’ve had for several years. My new black mat (see picture) is enormously more comfortable than my old turquoise mat. As you can see, it is more than twice as thick. It is also about 5” longer, which is great as I’m a 5’ 10” lady. Includes a handy carry strap. Price was so reasonable for such a quality item. Highly recommend !

Great Yoga Mat for Comfort and Convenience!
I recently purchased the Amazon Basics 1/2 Inch Extra Thick Exercise Yoga Mat, and overall, I’m very pleased with my choice!The extra thickness provides excellent cushioning, making it comfortable for various exercises, from yoga sessions to floor workouts. I appreciate how it absorbs impact, which is a huge plus for my knees during those more challenging poses. The mat also has a nice, non-slip surface, giving me the stability I need during my workouts.One of the standout features for me is the included carrying strap. It makes transporting the mat super easy, which is great since I often take it to the gym or a yoga class. The mat is lightweight and rolls up nicely, so it fits perfectly in my bag.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’ve noticed it can be a bit slippery when first unrolled. However, after using it a few times, it seems to break in nicely and provides better grip.In conclusion, this is an excellent yoga mat for anyone looking for comfort and convenience at a great price. I would definitely recommend it to fellow fitness enthusiasts!

Thicker and softer
This yoga mat is thicker enough, when I lie in this yoga mat, my back would be comfortable. And it would not absorb sweat, easy to clean this yoga mat. Also it provide elastic band to fix mat, that would help us to easily bring mat to yoga class. But when I do strenuous excerise, like bobby jump, it is easy to move. Also it is too softer, when i stand on mat by one leg, I can feel like the mat is not very stiffness, i need to put more force on leg to keep stable. So for some yoga position, it is good. But for stand up position, the support might not be enough. And its dimension is big, I could put all the body in the mat area.

Great as a dog training tool! UPDATED
UPDATE: I’ve been using this since December 29th 2024, I reviewed this in March.It’s still great and despite damage due to dog nails doesn’t have heavy tears. Using it outside hasn’t done big damage on concrete or stone flooring. I will mention that I hose it down in the shower or outside to clean it and she’s even (unfortunately) thrown up on it and it’s been a quick clean and dry. If you want to use this for your dogs for any reason this is a great solution, especially if you’re working with dogs that might eat bedding but won’t touch foam!ORIGINAL:I ordered this yoga mat and cut it in half to use it as a portable place for my dog until we have the space for an indoor cot or KILMB. The benefit is I can also use this on the go like in dog training or when we go on training outings!So far though her nails have done some damage to it the mat has been very comfy and easy to clean if you’re using it for your pets. The size is fantastic so if you’d want to use this for yoga I’d say this works for almost all heights! It’s not very slippery but light enough to nudge with your feet if you need to. I can’t speak to the support but my dog likes laying on it vs the floor (especially in cooler periods) so it must be more comfortable. She eats up beds so I’m waiting for her to grow out of it to have a bed in the living room as she doesn’t sleep on the floor or her crate at night.As you can see her tail is going a mile a minute in the photo as she loves things for her and she loves being asked to do something if it makes her feel helpful! The photo was before i trimmed it in half but it’s still got a great space range for an amstaff mix that’s around 60 lbs even when cut in half if you want to use it as a crate mat or support/cushioning for a dog cot.Genuinely? I might actually buy this for myself to help with my knee injury exercises.

bueno, resistente y grueso, no me lastima la espalda al hacer ejercicio, lo compre para pilates y hacer estiramientos y funciona bien, si llega a resbalarse al brincar o moverse de pie, ese sería el único punto malo, pero en cuanto a calidad y comodidad 10/10.
