Even without the handle the price is right, no hidden “shipping pricing” that often comes with weights. I bought some really cheap wal mart set for the plates and barbell, this set doesn’t have the problem with poor threading (It was also good value tho). It doesn’t come with a weird smell and at the end of the day weight is weight.TL:DR It competently put together. Way cheaper then fixed plate and doesn’t cost you 1200 dollar for SAFE adjustable dumbbells that won’t break your feet.You can load all the weight on one dumbell as you progressively overload, you can buy 10 pounds plates more then increase it further. It will always be more conveniently “there” unlike spending 30 minutes to commute to a gym. It will always be useful for a few isolation work for lunges and light squat. It good combine with calisthenic and if you learn how to do rows help you towards your first chin up. It portable, its weight that can be rucked or loaded for pushup and pull ups. Finally, it can be given as a gift.Personally, I think you should get an Olympic Barbell save time with big compound movements but that cost big money and for 50 bucks this will send you on your journey to get fit.

High quality set
High quality set. Easy to change weights. Lots of different options. Great for days when you don’t feel like going to the gym to work out. The only downside – the case seems a little flimsy. Not sure that’s going to last very long.

Just got these Amazon Basics Dumbells and love them!!!Amazon Basics Adjustable Dumbbell Hand Weight Set, 38 Pounds, BlackSo far, I’m just using the two 5 pounds on each dumbell, but will work my way up. Really easy to switch out. Feels like very good quality iron and metal. I love the carrying case they came in as well. Easy to adjust, good size.

I have been looking for affordable yet high quality dumbbells for several months and these are so perfect! They are 2 x 20 lbs so ideal for me as I didn’t want to spend e tea for additional weights which I didn’t need. They are made of high quality material in a semi gloss finish. They’re easily adjustable and come with a case, making it quite compact for storage. The case is very average in terms of quality, it doesn’t close securely and opens very easily, but I didn’t need a very sturdy case so this doesn’t affect my rating! Personally I didn’t have to pay for shipping and the price has already gone up so I’m glad I bought them as soon as I saw them!

I’m so happy I could find these during the lockdown and not have to go to a gym. These are a bit light and only good for beginners. Fortunately, there’s enough space on each dumbbell to load 6 plates safely. Do order them if you notice them as temporarily out of stock. They will ship soon after. Worth the wait in any case. The bolts for adjusting weights are quick to remove in between sets. The finish of the product is awesome for 70 bucks, though a bit below par compared to gym equipment. Anyways these aren’t likely to face as much abuse as gym weights and likely to last for years.Edit: Ended up ordering another set of these. I was thinking to order additional plates but their pricing is really bad on everything else. These make me miss the gym less now.

I like getting this product delivered all the hassle disappears-Comes in a great case and the weights are great quality and well worth buying.
