I absolutely love these magnesium flakes, magnesium is very crucial for different reasons and the human body and for the nervous system to function properly along with other benefits, but the nervous system is what I concentrate on the most. The nervous system once it is damaged it cannot be reversed, but you can maintain it. That is why I use this product. I find that it dissolves rather well in the water and it is so relaxing and refreshing after you get out. Magnesium in the body is so crucial for so many different reasons from inflammation the nervous system and much more. Fantastic product
