Donât be alarmed by the mushroom particles, they are not bugs.
I use 2 scoops for the protein and I like the other ingredients. Iâve been taking powder collagen in smoothies and coffee for 10+ years. Iâm 68 and am still flexible and no joint issues. My hair is still full too.

I HAD PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT THE UNDFLAVORED, BUT THIS TIME I HAD TO BUY VANILLA TO GET THE “BRAIN BOOST” . UNFLAVORED SEEMED TO MIX BETTER AND WAS MORE VERSATILE AS FAR AS MIXING. THE VANILLA TASTE IS NOT HATEFUL, BUT NOT GOOD EITHER. I CANNOT MIX IT WITH WATER ALONE. I DO NOT LIKE THE TASTE IN HOT COFFEE, EITHER EITH CREAM OR BLACK. MIXING IN BLACK COLD BREW WITH A LITTLE STEVIA AND CINNAMON IS PRETTY GOOD.
