I mean it’s a journal… nothing crazy 😂I do forget it exists sometimes but when i remember i have it it’s very therapeutic to follow out at night. Some of the prompts can be very humbling such as “Intention for the day” like i’m just trying to stay alive here 💀

I really enjoy this journal! I love that it has two separate page holders and the overall aesthetic is beautiful. The pages are well designed with great spaces for documenting things. However, the cover stains very easily, and I’m not even sure how it gets marked up so quickly. Despite that, I use this as a medical journal, and it has been very helpful.

Nice journal
If you are looking for a pre-made wellness journal, look no further. It is undated, which is perfect for someone who may put it down and pick it back up later. There are 90 days or 3 months of entries available in this. Perfect for a quarter of the year. I’m using it for the winter months since those are harder for me. The only thing that could make this better would be more note pages, and maybe a pen loop but I could always add my own. The cover is soft and very classy. Paper is smooth and somewhat thick. I have minimal ghosting using a regular gel pen. This is something that could be decorated with washi and stickers , or just used functionally and plain. Overall, I think it’s a nice journal and suits most people’s needs in the wellness journey.

Best wellness journal for basic tracking
This is exactly the journal I was looking for! Simple daily pages without all the extra stuff. I’m using this to help track my journey with my Dr, shes impressed with the book as well. I’ll be purchasing these again. Well worth the price. Lovely feel as well.

A perfect gift!
I was given this as a retirement gift and first thought….okay…thanks…..but I have come to LOVE this little book! It has just enough room to document the day without so much space that it feels discouraging to have to fill it. I am almost to the end of the first book, all 5 years, and enjoyed it so much that I have purchased another one for myself. I’ve also given a number of them out, along with a nice pen or set of pens, as retirement gifts and they have been well received.

I love this journal. I originally got a printout from my therapist and wanted to find a journal that was similar to what she gave me. It’s not too over the top where you’re spending an hour or more filling it out. It’s short and sweet questions, which I like to check in mentally and emotionally. Highly recommend

I love this notebook. I feel like i have become much more aware of my own thoughts and feelings when i keep track of each day’s events and emotions.The book has many nice sections on your habit for example your sleep, meals in a day, self care, activities, the amount of water you consume, your overall feelings of the day, what went well today and etc.I am always looking forward to write about my day so i can see my progress in life and how my ordinary day seems to be better than i thought.
