Driving/work anxiety & fibro brain fog
I picked these up as part of a little âpamper meâ package I made for my partner and they have since become a staple for us both! My partner drives into the city a few times a week to go to his office and Atlanta traffic is no joke. He takes this in the morning when heâs getting ready and has said itâs made a big difference in his stress level while driving and overall quality of his days, especially at work. I have fibromyalgia & intense brain fog so these are a lovely (but small) help that Iâve added into my daily routine of brain boosting & stress easing supplements. They donât make a huge difference but even just cutting the edge of the fog helps me get more work done & focus a little easier on what Iâm doing. I am aware that the dosing of most of the ingredients is relatively low compared to the needs of my body. But it has combined nicely with my other supplements, and the chews are extremely convenient. They actually taste really good, too! No funky smells or aftertaste, but they are a taffy like consistency so keep that in mind if you have texture aversions or sensitive teeth.If youâre concerned about the magnesium content, I use this in addition to magnesium supplements, topicals, and soaks – and itâs a VERY small dose compared to other magnesium products. Obviously, donât play with your safety and do some research on ingredients if youâre concerned or battle a myriad of issues like myself. Your mileage may very but for us, this is the one âsubscribe & saveâ that never gets skipped.

Purchased: 10/30/24If you want to be stress free, try the so long stress from chewsy. They keep you calm and focused. Since I was already tired from lack of sleep, I didn’t try to do much. I simply just relaxed so that I can see if I could feel anything from taking the chewsy.They literally worked right away for me. The day that I received them, is the same day I popped a chewsy so long stress in my mouth. A few hours later, I received the calmness and focus that was very much needed.I think they make me sleepy as well, but that too is very much needed as I have been having issues with sleeping.I purchased the smaller version of Chewsy So Long Stress because I first wanted to just try them out to see if they actually work. THEY DO WORK!!!! ON THE SAME DAY!!!! I definitely will be purchasing the bigger one ASAP…rn actually lol. If I could give it 100 stars, I would. GET THIS GUYSS!!!! IT WORKS!!!!

Great for calming irritability
I have tried several vitamins for calmness and these are the only ones I have loved! I take one either in the morning or at night (when needed) and I instantly feel my irritability melt away. They also taste so good, itâs like a piece of candy!

Doesnât work especially when stressed
Iâm being nice with 3 stars. I see everyone thinks it deserves 5 stars, some for their kids. First off donât give this to your kids it says keep out of reach of children. Second I was the most anxious/stressed Iâve ever been in my life. Couldnât even breathe without having âstress butterfliesâ When I ate these, they didnât make a difference whatsoever. Boutta return them! Donât do it. No product will help. For me, I talked to God and he definitely worked a miracle in my life right now. Very next day the weight of anxiety and stress was lifted. In other words, What you need isnât in gummies.

Good at helping self regulation
I have my 6 year old take these with extra Theanine and it works great. Improved behavior, less extreme behaviors. It doesnât have much sugar but my kiddo still think itâs a treat to take, decent flavor, fruity and a tiny bit sweet. I took it before I gave to my kid and it seemed to make me more alert, NOT in the way caffeine does. A little more alert and calm at the same time.
