    If you like easy recipes, and healthy meals, this book is perfect.
    I have tried many recipes from Dani Spies YouTube channel “Clean and Delicious”. Just love her simple yet healthy recipes. I dislike cooking, so I need it to be easy. I thought this was a great price for the book. Just made the Hearty Minestrone. It was so simple, I had all the ingredients on hand, and my husband LOVED it. This book is going to easily help me decide what’s for dinner, and in little time, I have a great meal.

    Everyday recipes with a healthy twist
    I first started trying Dani Spies recipes after watching her on her you tube channel. I knew if she ever came out with a cookbook I would want it. There are over 100 recipes with a photo included for all but 18 recipes have no picture mostly for things like Pico de Gallo, wings, hummus. The contents include a guide to healthy eating, preparing basics, breakfast section, snacks, salads, lunch, soup and veggie section, pasta, seafood, chicken and turkey recipes. Lastly, the book has dessert options. She uses bananas, avocado, blueberries, carrots in this section so you can have guilt free treats. The nutrition info has the calories, carbs, protein, fat and fiber count under each recipe. There is no mention of sodium or sugar amounts. The recipes are easy to follow and prepare. You probably already have the ingredients on hand. I waited to write my review till I actually was able to try out some of the recipes. So far I have made lentil hummus, green smoothie, tuna pasta salad, peanut soba noodles, turkey butternut squash chili and blueberry crisp (so good). Everything so far has been tasty and I feel I am eating more healthy. The recipes in here are all dishes you will want to make over and over again. If you are searching for clean and delicious recipes this cookbook deserves a spot on your book shelf.

    Love, love, love this cookbook!
    I started watching Dani Spies on You tube a few months ago and really liked a lot of her recipes, so I bought this cookbook. The recipes are simple and easy to prepare. I have tried a lot of ‘diets’ and none of them ever worked. Cooking the way Dani does has helped me to feel better physically and I am starting to loose weight! So far I have made about 10 of her recipes and love every one of them. Many people, me included eat far too many processed foods that aren’t good for you. They may taste good but then you feel bad later. It is wonderful to eat delicious food that is easy to prepare and you feel better afterwards! I also bought this cookbook for my daughter and am telling everyone to try it out! The cookbook is gorgeous, high quality and worth so much more than it cost.

    Great for healthy eaters
    I gave this cook book to a friend at work. I would’ve loved to try some of the recipes but knew that my family wouldn’t go for the majority of the recipes. If you grew up eating healthy & enjoyed it, this is a perfect cook book for you!

    I have went to Dani’s YouTube page many times to find healthy and great tasting recipes. I have made several of her recipes and they have all been amazing (my husband even approves. lol). She is very down to earth and easy to follow. Her recipes are made up of things most people would have in their kitchen and the recipes incorporate lots of veggies in them. This cookbook builds on her YouTube site and is very straight forward and easy to use. I also love the color pictures that accompany the recipes in this book. If you like her YouTube channel and her website, then you will also like this cookbook.

    Initially, I was disappointed because none of my favourite recipes from her yt channel were even in her cookbook and I was really looking forward to having those recipes in a book, but then, upon flipping through, it looks like there’s many delicious recipes that I’m looking forward to trying. I’m still quite disappointed that the other recipes I love are not in her book (not one of them, sigh), but many of her recipes in the book do look quite good, which I’m looking forward to trying.
