Tastiest healthy recipes!
I love this cookbook! I follow the chef on Instagram and Pinterest and noticed that I was basically cooking all of her meals. I ordered this cookbook and itâs literally the best. On Sundayâs, I pick out a few recipes and place my grocery order off of that. What I like about the recipes in this book is that they all have sides so youâre cooking a fast, healthy meal, not just an entree. Most of the recipes are fairly simple and have basic ingredients that you likely already have. I usually just order the meat and veggies each week and I noticed that my grocery bill is way down! Everything tastes great and itâs easy to look like a good cook when I whip these up for guests. We had friends over and I made the fajitas for the group and received endless compliments. Itâs all so easy to make. I just flip to random pages and choose meals because not one of them has been bad so Itâs hard to choose now. Some of my favorites are the maple salmon and sweet potatoes, the steak and veggies, and the halibut and asparagus. Iâve pushed this cookbook on at least 4 friends, itâs really that great! If you want to eat healthy and cook a variety of foods, order this book!

DELICIOUS and EASY!!!
A stranger told me about this delicious cook book that had 30 minute 1 pot meals. She may have mentioned it was paleo but that went in one ear and out the other, what is paleo anyhow? Maybe the publishing company?Yall I order cookbooks all the time and MAYBE make 1 recipe out of it, if Iâm lucky. So I told myself when it got here I was going to only eat food from it for 30 days. I never wanted to be paleo, I just wanted quick and easy and tasty meals that reheated great.I am 7 recipes in and I cant say they were all recipes I would make again, but we definitely have many if them on future meal plans.Pros: Easy, Quick, Less dishes, freezes and reheats wonderfully. Makes meal prep a breeze, explains what paleo is (turns out, it is not the publisher), doâs and donâtâs. But most importantly she basically says âif you eat more food, make more food, if you don’t like onions, leave them out. âI can have jalapeño kettle chips, just not as often.âCons: I understand she isnât sponsored, but when she says âa paleo ketchupâ Iâd rather hear âthis brand of ketchupâ or âpaleo salsa, or easily make your ownâ Iâd rather see âthis brand of salsa, or see pg # for an easy diy salsaâ because I have no clue what a good salsa recipe is.Summary: great delicious easy book, definitely recommend, nutritional facts arenât listed because it depends on what brands you use. I wasnât looking for a diet when I bought this, I was looking for a cookbook. It honestly doesnât even feel like Iâm on a diet. Curious to see any weight I will lose just from cooking her recipes.

Convenient, yesâ-but the food tastes fantastic!
I really love this cookbook! The ingredients are simple with innovative combinations to bring a fresh approach to meals that are tasty. The key for these recipes is that while they ARE healthy and use a fair amount of fresh ingredients, people who arenât health conscious just think theyâre being spoiled with something that is flavorful and tastes fantastic. Thereâs nothing fussy about the prep or cooking methods which make things easy for beginners or seasoned cooks looking to simplify and get good food on the table. There are a couple chapters with solid suggestions for dietary advice if youâre looking to learn more about the paleo lifestyle in a very easy and friendly way. But honestly, the recipes are totally worth buying the book.

One of the best cookbooks I bought in years
This book is great. Healthy, easy to find ingredients which include a lot of fresh vegetables. Simple, flavorful recipes. Great for weeknights. Only found one “dud” recipe so far. Skip the Roasted Cranberry Chicken and Brussels Sprouts. Cranberries make the dish too sour, even with the maple syrup. Every other recipe I have tried so far (about 6) has been great. Recommend this book for people who work and still want to prepare healthy meals at home.

Amazing easy recipes that the whole family will eat!
I wanted to wait until I had made several recipes before writing a review. My family fell in love with the first recipe that we made (Pineapple ginger chicken) and have loved the majority of the recipes made after that (around 10-15). These recipes truly are so easy to make and are so delicious. The book has helped me become a more adventurous cook and have helped us introduce different flavors and textures to our 1-year-old (who has gladly eaten every recipe). I often double or triple the recipe so it does take a little while longer to cook. I highly recommend this cookbook and ended up getting one for a friend who is also trying to feed her family more wholesome meals but is short on time.

Delicious – even for kids!
I donât know how to express how great this cookbook is. Iâve loved every recipe Iâve tried so far – and even my kids (6 and 8) like most of them, which is a huge feat! I purchased this after a recommendation from my functional medicine doctor, and Iâm so glad I did. Itâs such a great way to get healthy meals on the table!

Great recipes and great price
So I follow this writer on Instagram. And so far Iâve made three of the recipes which have been delicious. Iâve had the book for one week. I eat healthy so I didnât really have to change a lot of the things that I buy from the grocery store but I did stock up on arrowroot Ghee and a few other Essentials. I really like how down to earth Christina is in regards to the book. The book does not seem pretentious she just tells you to take what you like and leave what you donât. I wanted to book because I wanted to be off line and I wanted a way to eat healthier meals Iâm not Paleo but I mostly eat Whole Foods and try to limit processed food so this is another tool to have in my toolbox for healthy living.

The idea of this book is great and from the few pictures that are there it’s OK but there seems to be a lot of recipes that don’t have pictures and for me that’s very hard. I think there’s a lot of people that are just so used to pictures and cookbooks these days that it doesn’t make sense not to have pictures for every recipe. That’s why I gave it two stars hopefully the author can revise and release a new addition with pictures for every recipe.

Love this cookbook! The recipes are delicious and easy to put together. Makes weeknight dinnertime so much less stressful. My son has loved each recipe (and he’s a teenager who is not afraid to voice his opinion) and I know he’s eating healthy at each meal. This cookbook must be apart of your repertoire!

Every recipe i’ve tried so far has been excellent!! It’s easy, quick and tastes incredible. My meal planning will solely be done from this book for the next few weeks!
