I like the quality and it immediately dissolves in my coffee and I don’t notice the taste if any at all. I will see how I feel and look after the bag is finished but as of now very good.

In the last 6 months, as a part of a “get healthier” plan, I have been adding supplemental collagen peptides (a wide array of brands) to my diet. (alongside fasting and refeeding with a keto diet). The most noticeable change that I have seen has been a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles(I’m 51). My wrinkles are still there but are a bit less noticeable. I also feel that my pores are smaller which makes my facial skin look more smooth and soft. These results are enough of a positive change that I plan on taking collagen peptides long into the future.I have tried various brands and types of collagen (beef, chicken & marine) over the last several months. Comparing this Fernes brand to the others, I think this is a good value. The last few collagen supplements that I’ve bought were about $25 for 20-30 servings. At $63 dollars for more than a 7 months’ supply of collagen, this is an awesome savings. I would purchase this again.I take this by mixing a scoop into my morning coffee. It dissolves thoroughly. I cannot taste or smell it but I do notice that this collagen (like all others I have tried) slightly changes the “texture” of my drink. My coffee has a slightly “smoother” or “silky” texture that I don’t mind. After I add a bit of cream, I don’t notice the collagen at all.I have not experienced any stomach or digestive upset after taking this supplement.My only concern with this product is that the bag is a little fussy to close. It takes several tries to get the zipper seal to close completely. The zipper will also pop open if I’m not careful in how I carry the bag when bringing it out of the pantry. Because I want to keep this fresh for several months, I plan on transferring the powder to an airtight canister to keep it optimally stored until the last scoop.

Love this stuff. I’ve been taking collagen for 35 years and it’s saved me. Hair, skin, nails, joints, bones… all connective tissue is enhanced by this stuff. I recently added a teaspoon of diatomaceous earth to this in my morning coffee. I can’t wait until my next bone scan to see if the combo helps my bones even more. I also put a half scoop in my pets’ food and they seem better for it too. I’m not a physician but I would recommend this to anyone who wants to age more gracefully. This is a good brand and I like it.
