I appreciate the huge variety of vitamins, adaptogens, probiotics, Black Cohosh & more!!So much for my money and so many benefits. By day 3 my hot flashes & sweating was greatly reduced to 1 hot flashand within the week, I have none!!Also, I have regular bowl movements and feel better in general. I will keep using this stuff and recommend it to anyone experiencing any perimenopause or menopause symptoms.

Judging from one bottle, itâs worth trying another. Have noticed small/subtle changes during moments of typical stress. Cannot say for sure this is whatâs taking the edge off but itâs worth ordering another bottle to see for certain. Sleep has not improved or degraded and Iâll update this review if anything changes. No issues taking them (stomach sensitivities).

And while my mood is not necessarily volatile, I was hoping for hormonal balance that might enable my exercise efforts to be more fruitful.I went through the bottle (one month) before reviewing to give it a chance to prove itself.Unfortunately, for me, I noticed ZERO difference. And choking down three pretty decent sized pills daily was not worth it.Hard pass

These vitamins have been very helpful so far, I originally like to order vitamins like this because I know they help the woman’s system overall, but my mother has been on menopause for a little while now and I still notice her mood swings and her mood changes. Not to mention with every year that it gets us aging… She’s enjoying them and even though I’m not in menopause, it’s still been helping fluctuate. My moods better without as many hot flashes or irritable moments. So they function very well in my system and I’ve been getting some pretty good sleep and her sleep Quality has been pretty well, She’s lost about 10 lb so far, It’s good to see weight loss. I can’t say it’s directly from these but it’s definitely helped and the value of what this is for money is just as awesome, thank you!

I’m not sure what I’m supposed to see a difference in our of it’s just supposed to be good for me. I’m going to take the whole bottle. I’m not a fan of having to take 3 caps a day but I guess that’s how they get the dose. That’s just a lot. I haven’t noticed any change in my joints or arthritis in the last few weeks.
