Does What It Claims
The closer I get the 40, the more often I wake up in the middle of the night soaked in sweat. I started taking these vitamins a few months ago to see if they would help, and they’ve made a huge difference. They don’t have a weird smell or taste, and they do exactly what they claim. If you think you are in perimenopause, give them a try. I was definitely impressed by how well they work.

Works ok
Took this capsules for two months and it seems to work most of the days but my weight keeps getting worse and I’ve noticed that my hair was falling faster so i stopped taking them and now I’m thinking about giving it another chance. They got to my house super fast, the vendor is excellent and the price, i did noticed a change on my mood and energy but it didn’t do much for my insomnia at all i will try to use it again and see if it will help with the night sweats and they won’t hurt your stomach at all.

Worth a try
So, I wanted to use this product for a few weeks before I left a review. First, let’s start with one of the most important things to me: The taste. It’s in a capsule, so it’s not terrible. And they’re “regular-sized;” so they’re not too difficult to swallow. I have an aversion to many tastes and textures and this one doesn’t trigger my gag-o-meter. After taking it, there may be a slight increase in energy and a little more “balance” (mentally and emotionally). For me, it was a comfort to know that help was on the way, so speak and that this product is intended to help me feel for normal. I feel like it accomplished that; but, to be honest I don’t know if it was a placebo effect and I don’t care. When you’re on the verge of going through the “change” of life, every little bit of support helps!Bottom line: Try it! It’s inexpensive and if it does for you what it did for me, it’s worth the money!

Got this cuz I started having hot flashes where it doesn’t stop them completely it does help and makes it more bearable. Helps me sleep too.

I did not notice a huge difference in symptoms when taking these I think theyâre definitely a good supplement and the ingredients are definitely something that could help everybody but for what they are being recommended for I did not personally see enough of a difference to continue taking them past three months.

Got Flashes! No Problem!
Love and trust Nature’s Craft products. Like all other supplements, given all else constant, such as state of health, stress level, and of course, lifestyle, the product will work for some and not for others, and in most cases one month’s supply may not make a difference, thus, results may take a few months to materialize. So be patient and realistic. That said, I am almost through my first bottle, I don’t normally have side effects to supplement, so I don’t expect to have any. One thing Perimenopause seems to do is to make me sleep restfully; makes me less moody; gives me increased energy levels, but most of all, reduced numbers of daily flashes and fewer amounts of embarrassing bed sweating. Also, it’s comforting that Nature’s Craft products are made in the US from non-GMO sources, as well as, independently verified. Will be reordering!!!

Itching
Iâve been taking this for a while and did not know that it causes itching. I had to do a lot of research to find out because it does not say on the bottle are on the product. But from my head to my toes, my body itches all day long, especially my scalp. Went to a beautician in my head is not dry or anything. So they did not know why I was itching all the time.
