Great product, great company, great customer service
This is such a nice bracelet! I bought this as a gift for my husband for his 1 year sobriety anniversary and him not being a “jewelry guy” LOVED it! One of the pins fell out and he lost a link. I contacted support and they sent me a new link no questions asked other than my order number and address. I received it quickly and now it’s good as new. Great product and great customer service! Most of the text is very hard to read as it is printed extremely small. Color and clarity of text is also pretty inconsistent. If the small print was slightly larger and more precise it would be really nice. Otherwise satisfied.

The links are easy to change with the included tool. The “God grant me” is big enough to read but rest is too small for my older eyes to read easily.
