Been taking for 8 years! The best & donât mess with histamine levels!
Iâve been taking these for 8 years. Iâve tried others but this is the only one that doesnât increase my histamine levels or cause any weird side affects. I love them and I tell everyone about them!

Not good anymore/Quality control sucks
We have been taking this for a couple of years and it worked great, but the last 3 times we have ordered them, they are different…different shades of color, different amounts of coating, different consistency, etc. Our last purchase was the final straw…my girlfriend started to have an allergic reaction. She began break out and flush very badly after trying the new batch. She tried them again to see if that’s what actually caused the reaction and that’s what it was for sure. We are done buying these for good. Be careful what companies you trust, seems like they’re not concerned with quality control anymore.
