Works well as a supplement due to my hormone pellets
I take DIM because I have hormone pellets that I receive quarterly. DIM is recommended to go in conjunction with the pellets. No bad taste and it has a couple of supplements I take in it unlike the other version Iâm been taking so Iâm cutting down on the amount of pills.

Easy to swallow
These are easy to swallow capsules with no aftertaste. I have only been trying these for the past couple weeks so not sure if they are really beneficial or not, it does recommend 30 days to feel a difference. As with any type of supplement like this only time will tell and everyone may not have the same results. This bottle states one pill a day so with a 60 capsule bottle you have a 2 month supply and should know by then if it works for you.

A good value for me
This supplement product arrived on time. As a senior woman in my mid 70’s I have done my reading on the ingredients included in this supplement product and am very pleased with my purchase. It has helped my mood and in general has me feeling better throughout the day. I take my dosage in the morning and I have had no negative effects when taking this product. At the current price point, I feel it is a very good value for me.

DIM Supplement
While it is too soon to speak to the effectiveness of this supplement, I am satisfied so far. The capsules are fairly small, easy to swallow, and have no discernible taste or smell. They are packaged nicely. Based on my experience of the initial minor side effects that are to be expected when starting DIM, it appears that these are authentic and contain the ingredients listed.

This is exactly the combo that I need, and the one that works soooo well for me. It’s the combo that is recommended for those doing HRT if you’re low on T. If you are high in E, ask your doc first!These are perfect capsules with great ingredients. Just like the more pricey brands! And you only need 1 per day.10/10

I am just starting these and since it recommends 30 days to feel the effects, it’s hard to judge. I’ll come back and give an update after 30 days. For now, I am satisfied with the taste, size and packaging. I’ll update to 5 stars if I feel the benefits are worth the time and cost.

Better value out there
Per other reviews, this supplement does appear to be a quality product. I like that it’s made in the USA in a GMP facility. I also like that there are no unneeded ingredients (artificial colors, filler ingredients, etc). Therefore, I need to focus my review on the value of the product compared to my normal DIM supplement and compare it on a cost per mg basis. My regular product is 300 mg/capsule and I normally take 600 mg/day. That means I need three of these 200 mg capsules to get an equivalent amount. My regular DIM product also has BioPerine for increased absorption. When I do the math, this product costs nearly 4X as much per daily dose. I think I’ll stick with my regular product.
