Actually works for sleep!
I was hesitant to try any sort of melatonin products since they always gave me nightmares, so I was wary of this product when it was suggested by a friend. I bought it and it arrived the next day. As someone who suffers from constant sleeplessness and insomnia, I didn’t have high hopes for anything with melatonin in it.The taste and texture of the gummy isn’t the worst and is pretty good. I took it the same day I received it. I ate 2 gummies about 30mins before I went to sleep and the fact that I didn’t spend time staring at the ceiling surprised me. I was always plagued with a lot of noise in my head and that surge of energy and racing thoughts right before bed. Not to mention the other times where I decide to take melatonin, I always had nightmares. I was surprised to find no racing thoughts as I went to bed since I pretty much fell asleep almost immediately and even better, I woke up feeling refreshed and energized even after only 5 hours of sleep. Plus no nightmares!My hesitance is gone. I’ll continue using this and update if anything changes, but I’ve been awake for 6-7 hours now and usually I’ll still feel that sleep grogginess and need a second cup of caffeine, but I’m still sipping my first coffee instead of chugging it. I’m pretty amazed this vitamin worked asap.

Finally something that actually works for me!
Iâve tried the 5mg sleeping gummies before, and honestly, they barely did anything for me. I was a little skeptical trying these, but the 10mg strength made a huge difference! These actually help me relax and fall asleep without feeling forced or overly drowsy.They taste really good too, which is a nice bonus. I usually start feeling sleepy about 30â45 minutes after taking them. Best part is, I donât wake up groggy or tired â I feel refreshed and ready to go.If the lower doses havenât worked for you either, I definitely recommend giving these a try. The 10mg is a total game-changer!

Best sleep ever.
This fast-acting gummy is taken one hour before bedtime. I start to read, and within minutes, I am asleep. It’s the best I’ve tried, and I’m 82. If I wake up to use the bathroom, I can go back to sleep. It’s a great product.

Definitely improves sleep
These really make a huge difference. I wake up very early and remain as active as possible daily so I can get maximum rest. I’ve always struggled with sleeping for long periods of time so I constantly encorporate changes to help. I noticed a decent change in my sleep after each use. It didn’t seem to be significant until I ran out and I realized that they helped me get a deeper sleep even though I still woke up throughout the night. They calm my mind and they’re really good tasting. I don’t get grogginess that come from other sleep aids. I reordered and will continue to repurchase.

Better than Lemme Sleep!
Forget the Lemme sleep gummies…These are less expensive and basically do the same thing! I only take 1 per night though because taking 2 was making me feel tired during the day. They work though and have helped me to fall asleep easier at night!

Great company but this product has such a weird taste and feel
I love other products by Goli but the taste and texture are off. Much stickier than I expected and no idea what that flavor is at all. However it definitely works with helping me sleep!

this product is the real deal.
Product does not work. I used it for two days. It is not effective. Donât waste your time or money.I had to change my rating after I researched and saw that it does not make you fall asleep. It relaxes your body to help you fall asleep and I have been feeling so well rested and have more energy throughout the day than I did before. I will purchase again. I hope this is helpful to everyone else and I learned to do research before posting.
