Who knows if any of this stuff works but I really wish they would have the holding container size be a better fit for the volume of supplements within. If I found the same product that didnât waste container size, I would purchase alternatively.

Made me get hot flashes
This product was not for me. Instead of helping with perimenopausal hot flashes and weight gain it did not help me lose any weight and it inflamed my hot flashes. This was after a month of use.
