This is my 4th or 5th bought. I highly recommend. They work for me and my gut is in a healing stage. Has been messed up for years. Tasty too. At least try I use along with a colon cleanse as well. Good product guys. I hate to be with out it for a few days!!

love this, but it’s never the correct serving size
i love this product. it’s the only one on the market that ISNT orange flavor and gives you over 2g of fiber in a serving. it’s sweetened with monk-fruit so it mixes will with my other powder supplements i take. It helps me reach my fiber goals and allows me to stay regular. i’m taking a GLP-1 so this is vital for me if not i get constipated often.MY biggest gripe is it is NEVER 30 servings. I’ve taken it for a few months but since Walmart doesn’t carry it anymore so i’m buying it from here with a subscription.the bottle says 2 TBSP which is a tablespoon & i can never get it to last a full 30 days. the bottle is always half full as everyone says.also, once i started using an electric frother blender it blends fine with my water (i only drink room temp so idk if that matters) blending with a spoon or fork never worked, i always had clumps.

A but disappointed to open the container and see it’s only half full. For the price, you’d expect more. Why not use a smaller container? Very misleading.

Not as effective as Metamucil
I wanted to try a cleaner ingredient version of Metamucil, but this just didn’t work for me. I gave it a solid three weeks, but saw no real benefits. Metamucil usually works within a few days, so this was a letdown. The taste is okay, not too sweet, but it just wasn’t effective. If you’re looking for a cleaner option, I’d suggest going with plain psyllium husk instead.

Very Gentle and Effective
Normally I would not write a review, especially if there are tons of ratings… but this worked great for me postpartum. I was having a c-section and ordered this in advance. I’m not the most regular and especially during pregnancy, it was a challenge so I knew I needed something. It’s gentle, no cramps or gassiness. Just a big ole regular, satisfying poop!
