Nice blend of ingredients
So far so good. This is a nice blend of hormonal balancing ingredients. The bottle arrived with a plastic seal on the cap and also sealed inner bottle. The pills are small and easy to take. The capsules are flavorless and smooth like you would find in other supplement blends. Seems like it’s working so far. My only issue is the high price for a 30 day supply. Other then that its pretty good!

Prevents bloat
The capsules are easy to swallow. Frankly, I swallow so fast, I’d have no idea whether there’s any flavor or odor. This supplement has kept bloat at bay the few days I’ve used them so far. My bloat can feel near debilitating, so that’s the main reason I wanted to give Hormify a try. I consider this, alone, to be a success. I’m not sure about energy level yet. I can’t say it was improved yesterday, but it was unusually good the day before. No usual 2:00 pm slump. I was thinking it might be because of the hydrogen water I started drinking, but now I’m wondering whether it might be due to this supplement. I’m not sure! I’d been having occasional hot flashes recemtly, but don’t think I had any the last few days, so that may be attributable to Hormify as well. I’ll have to pay attention over time and see what I believe to be actual benefits derived directly from this supplement. The only benefit I can say is definite at this time is bloat prevention.

Another waste of my money
This did nothing for me. Medically speaking, my hormones are fine, but I thought this might do something to help me lose a few pounds, and maybe focus a little better. Lots of reviews stating how ladies “felt so much better” and “had so much more energy”. Not in my case. It did nothing. I felt no different at any time while I was taking these. It was a sad waste of my money… but you live and learn.

Good balance of ingredients.
Easy to swallow capsule has no after taste when taken with an ample amount of water and there were no negative side effects. A plus for me is that it was made in the USA. Has a good balance of ingredients, but I saw nothing there that to me would justify the price which is why I took one star off the rating. I found it to be a good supplement to combat fatigue and boost my energy level.

I’ve Been in a Much Better Mood on These!
I should have started taking these a long time ago! Wow, what a difference these two small pills make in my overall mood and attitude. I have tried these for a couple of weeks now and definitely see an improvement. I can’t speak for their effectiveness in weight loss because I haven’t been able to exercise due to a recent surgery and my weight has not changed, but I can say I see progress in how I feel, my mood being better, and some of the hormone issues I have been having have seemed to subside. I am sleeping better and just feel all around happy. I will definitely continue taking these!

Great list of ingredients
Check out the ingredients on this one!I happen to take zinc separately and I know taking too much zinc is a thing… But overall this has super good stuff. It’s just a regular capsule, but it has it smell that lets you know there’s stuff in there ð (not offensive or anything). The directions say to take two a day with or without food.Too soon to comment on efficacy and that’s why I’m leaving it at four stars… I never rate a supplement above four stars unless there’s some magical indication of effectiveness.

Helped my hot flashes
I got this because I liked the ingredients list! I am in perimenopause and sometimes the hot flashes are so frustrating. I’ve not noticed them since taking this. I also was getting moody, okay grouchy, and not expecting it. This has also helped with that!!! I go through periods of bloat and it’s also seemed to help keep that down! I have also noticed an increase in energy levels! I like that this bottle arrived sealed and then the inner bottle was also sealed! The pills are flavorless and easy to take as they are on the smaller side. It’s recommended to take two, daily with or without food. I always take things with food because I think it’s gentler on the stomach! There is sometimes an aftertaste with the pill but I just drink a bit more water and that seems to do the trick!

Nice to have everything in one pill.
Good list of ingredients beginning with several of the more important B-vitamins and adding zinc. It didn’t really work for me and I think I know the reason why. One of my pet peeves is listing a bunch of ingredients and then not giving amounts of each ingredient included in the serving size. This just lists 802mg for the whole “blend”, but I don’t know what that means? Which leads to another pet peeve of mine, trying to put too much in to a single capsule. In order to fit everything in, something has to go, and that is usually the amount of each ingredient the more you add. So the amount you get and the amount you should be getting based on the recommendations are not going to be even close. I get that its nice to not have to take a handful of pills, but still… that’s probably why it didn’t work well for me.
