Taste like Flinstones vitamin water
I love this in my morning routine. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now and still have issues with tummy but my nails are strong and my attitude seems to be in check. Next week is endo hell start week so I will update my review after that. Fingers and toes crossed.

Tastes like flinstone vitamins
It’s definitely an acquired taste. When I mixed it to the ratio it tells you to, it’s so gritty and the flavor reminds me of crushing up a bunch of flinstone vitamins and then pouring them in water. I found the best way to drink it is by doubling the water, adding a handful of ice and making sure it’s super cold. I would put it in a quart mason jar so I could shake it. Overall, I didn’t see any positive benefits unfortunately. I tried it for 6 weeks and while I could see a bit of mood improvement, I was seeing more weight gain and bloating than anything. I also found myself spending more time in the restroom and not in a good way. I really wanted it to work and I’m super happy for those that it’s helping, it just wasn’t the right fit for me.

Caused headaches
Hermones gave me a splitting headache. I couldnât figure out why I was suddenly getting headaches that were lasting for days. The only change was trying hermones powder. As soon as I stopped, the headache stopped. I tried hermones again today and have a headache. Iâm hoping for a refund. ðð½

Too legit to quit
I love that this is a one stop shop so I don’t have to carry around a pharmacy when I travel just to feel normal again. Any time I buy powder supplements I expect them to taste like dookie, but this one is pretty dang reasonable! The insomnia relief is what I’ve been most excited for, and my insomnia is gone like yesterday!! I won’t quit, because it’s too legit!Oh, and it was delivered so fast!

Love it, but cannot afford it
I will say that this product is great but what frustrated me is that for $60 you donât get much. Itâs crazy how expensive it is for such a small supply. Can we please normalize not charging and arm and a leg for a month of product.

I can finally sleep
Iâm 3 weeks in to trying this product and I have noticed my hot flashes are not as frequent or as intense. I am sleeping without hot flashes or having to get up.I can button my pants againâ- the bloating has gone down at least 1 inch around my waistâ¦.I am following the instructional videos!Iâm excited to see whatâs happens next! Iâm grateful for this product! I like the taste of it to.Definitely worth the cost!

Flavor is horrendous
I have been drinking this product for about 2 weeks now and it is horrible. Iâve been trying to drink it because I am hopeful for the benefits but man I canât belive how bad the taste is. I read reviews of people saying they enjoyed it and I truly have no clue how. Iâm praying that the benefits are worth it. Being post partum I really need some help. I will come back after I have finished the jar.
