Iâve never taken anything for my hormones but just 4 days of taking this gummy, my menstrual came. Due to pregnancy complications, my tubes were removed for about 5 years now. Since then Iâve experienced a couple of things when it comes to my body as a woman, such as hormonal rashes when Iâm close to my menstrual and other things. This was the first time that my menstrual hasnât come on close to or near the date that my menstrual calendar shows. After 16 days late I decided to purchase this gummy after reading the reviews and Iâm happy I did. The taste is pretty good. Unsure how long it takes for this product to work. The bottle recommendation is 2 a day. I Will update this review if I notice a difference in my PMS symptoms.The taste isn’t great … At first it kinda tastes like plastic and then almost like a fig.

For those with migraine dont take.
For those with migraine with aura and may be estrogen dominant, dont take this. This supplement produces estrogen receptors and may bring on headaches and migraines. I had two migraine with auras in one week. Which is not typical for me. Stopped immediately.
