They work!
I received these as a gift and decided to try them for about a month before reviewing. Hereâs what I noticed: my sleep has greatly improved. I used to struggle with waking up in the mornings, but now I wake up easily without any grogginess. My mood has stabilized, and I feel less scatterbrained. The gummies are quite sour, so be prepared for that, but the taste isnât bad. I also feel happier most days, more productive, and more motivated, instead of the chronic fatigue I had been used too. My monthly was delayed about a week. I am pretty sure I have a heavy estrogen dominance usually. I hope this helps, and that these gummies work for you too!

These gummies truly help, and taste delicious!
The taste is incredible! I have to stop myself from eating more than two because they taste like gushers! I also just had my third cycle since having a baby and it was so much lighter than last month. It was 31 days between cycles for me before taking these gummies, and 26 days apart after taking them. I think they are definitely getting me back to my regular 28 days in between!

Great product
I’ve been taking them for about 2 weeks so far. They taste delicious and I feel like they are helping balance my hormones. I just stopped nursing at the same time that I started them so there’s a lot going on with my hormones right now but overall I feel good using them!

Unfortunate
Loved the texture and taste of these gummies. Made me feel good overall, but couldn’t deal with the terrible nightmares they caused! Unfortunately had to toss the bottle 🙁

Improved mood and sleep
Iâve been taking this supplement for about a month and have noticed improved mood and sleep. I wake up without feeling groggy and sleep through the night. Iâm not feeling anxious and Iâm able to focus on work tasks without the brain fog. I think this product is worth trying. The taste is tart but itâs a gummy so itâs easier than a large vitamin and there is no after taste.
