My arms feel it
At first the tingle feeling bothered me but I changed the setting lower and had no issues. I use it every other day and I can tell a difference in my arms! In total I’ve had it 3 weeks now and I will continue to use it! The handles are a comfortable distance apart and the multiple settings make it easy for multiple people in my family to use! Now that it’s cold, this is helping me stay active!

Estheticly pleasing, but that’s it.
Not impressed with this unit. Comes nicely boxed and includes a nice carry bag, instructions, and a charge cord.Right out of the box, I noticed this was much lighter than what I expected. Almost felt like an empty molded plastic shell. Although it is very lightweight, it is very estheticly pleasing. The modern design highlighted in chrome and blue LED accent lighting reminds me of a very particular and popular gaming console controller.Other than the esthetic appeal though, I don’t have a whole lots of compliments for this device. I don’t understand why a device with such a design still utilizes a micro USB connector for charging, and if that’s not irritating enough, the charge cord that comes with it, is merely 10 inches long. At least for me, it makes it inconvenient to have this device hanging from the nearest outlet while charging.While charging, the blue LED display runs in a circular motion, once charged, the display stays static in a seemingly square pattern. Again here, the bright blue display is easy to read and visually appealing.Operation however… Let’s face it, it is a handheld TENS unit. Problem is, it is a very limited unit. As other TENS units can be placed anywhere over sore muscles and such, this unit is limited and can’t be used anywhere but in your hands. The “difficulty” levels advertised with this unit should be referred to “intensity” levels. It does in fact increase intensity substancially from 1 to 15. The “Modes” work as advertised. The buttons are good with good response and such and it fits well in your hands.So, even with this thing turned up to it’s maximum level of 15, the current it produces only reached up to my forearms. The intensity is significant, but most of it (obviously), felt in your fingers, hands, wrists and some into your forearm. The consistant jolting in my wrists became a nuisance quickly. Never did I feel anything above my elbows. For sure, no one will build muscle using this device or any other TENS unit. Muscle needs to tear and breakdown before building can begin. This unit does not tear down muscle. Claiming you can build strength and muscle using this device is false and in no way, will this device take the place of any work out or excersize. It simply contracts and releases muscle – that’s it, nothing more. Maybe good for sore muscles and increasing blood flow and such, but again, keep in mind, this unit is only good for your hands and wrists! If jolting and constricting your fingers and wrists for 15 minutes at a time is your thing – this might be just what you need.All in all, it’s a “cool” looking unit, but it’s actual functionality, and it’s intended purpose seems misguided and leaves me wondering “why”? This unit does not provide anything similar to an honest workout. For sure I don’t see the value in this unit, it’s too limited, too much of a gimmick and certainly not worth it’s exaggerated cost.
